RELIGION RESTRICTION: Revoke The Law Or Die – Apostle Suleman Curses El-rufai

 Apostle Johnson Suleman
Renowned cleric and President of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle
Johnson Suleman has told Governor el-Rufai of Kaduna state to revoke the
controversial bill banning religious activities or risk death.
The cleric who made the declaration in a recent service video shared
on Youtube by his church, said a law that will compel pastors to have
license before they preach the gospel, cannot not be applicable in
Nigeria.
The bill states that residents cannot listen to Christian tapes in
their car or at any place except in their house and in a church.
It also stipulate that every preacher will have to obtain one year
license (renewable every year) or risk two years imprisonment. It
criminalizes the use of derogatory terms in describing any religion and
makes it punishable by two years imprisonment.
Christians have condemned the bill, before the state House of
Assembly, allegedly designed to restrict all forms of religious
preaching in the state.
They argued that the bill isn’t consistent with Section 38 of the
1999 Constitution which stated every Nigerian has a right or freedom of
thought, conscience and religion and a right to change religion.
