About Usip Blossom
Usip Blossom is an 11yrs old multi-talented singer, recording and performing artiste that has a great passion for the things God and good music.
She is currently a student of TEAM Seminary College, Rivers State and a member of the school’s Arrows of Glory Fellowship Choir. She is also a pioneer member of the Dayspring Chapel Choir.
Blossom has been writing gospel songs since she was 7/8 years old. Her first major song was however a lullaby she composed at age 4. She says the Holy Spirit is the inspiration behind her music and the gospel artiste that has had the greatest influence on her has been Frank Edwards. She also greatly admires singers like Sinach, Ada, Eben, Nathaniel Bassey, Joe Praise and Helen Baylor.
Besides music, she is a columnist with Dayspring Chapel’s Rivers! publication in which she anchors The Heritage (children’s column). She is also the author of the short story “Mofawa the Obedient Child”. Blossom is the first of 3 siblings and resides with her parents in Rivers State Nigeria.
