Following on the original reggae culture and theme of good vibration sound backed up with firebrand vocals, UK based Roots Reggae Musician and runner up in the prestigious Britain’s Got Reggae, Melaku Selassie serves up his debut single “Zion Train,” a seminal work complete with firebrand lyrics resonating with Social Commentary and Biblical Prophecy. Produced by “Tobass Adolphus”.

Speaking about his newest effort “Zion Train, Melaku Selassie pens down; “The Message of Zion Train Is for the Elect at the end of the Age, a call to remembrance of sacrifice for a renewal of the earth and the social order. As a clarion call it speaks to the Remnant telling them to board the spiritual carriage that will transport them all to the literal earthly paradise (Zion).”

The song “Zion Train” serves as a follow-up to his previous 4-tack EP tagged “Allelujah (FREE EP),” released in 2016 – a power-packed EP with powerful songs like “Allelujah”, “Jah Soldiers”, “Meaning of Love” and “Zaphora”.

Brief Bio

Melaku Selassie’s Gift for music was realized at an early age, and he has nurtured this gift through the passage of time.

The early musical influences in his life include people like Bob Marley, peter tosh, Marvin Gaye and Nat king Cole and Earl Klugh. As a child Melaku would sing along to most tracks played by his father from a large catalogue of divergent music.

He started playing the acoustic Guitar, writing music and recording in April 2014 and has been able to put out a couple of hit singles which have gotten good feedback from friends, Family and followers.

Currently He is pushing out as much good music as possible,focusing on the content and delivery of his message.
