Nigerian multi-talented gospel music minister and prolific songwriter, Rinji Emmanuel (Mista Remz) team up with ‘The Dwellers Sound’ for yet another power-packed worship anthem titled “Yesu Yana Sona,” which translates to “Jesus Loves Me” in Nigeria’s native language (Hausa). This serves as a follow-up to his previously released and well-accepted song “Spirit of the Living God”.

Mista Remz a Kano-born multi-instrumentalist, music producer, sound engineer and journalist is the set man of ‘The Dwellers Sounds(TDS)’, also the music director at an interdenominational choir Psalms Of Praise Choir (POP) still in Kano and produced the award-winning ‘Song of the Year 2018, ‘You Are Good’ By Maestro Emmanuel for RMAWARDS 2018 organized by Mayamaya Music international and other artists from Northern Nigeria including, T–Songs, Blessing Onuche, Genesis Micah, Jesse Solomon, Ezekiel Andrew, Alexander Yakubu, Nehemiah Robert, Leeshalom amongst others.

“The song “Yesu Yana Sona” was inspired by the thought of the love of Jesus,” said Mista Remz. “How that the psalmist captured it in Psalms 23, how the Apostle Paul rendered it in Romans 5:8 and Jesus also said, ‘I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep’. The love of God is deep.”

Speaking about the song, Mista Remz shares; “The sound was birthed out of deep meditation and prayer. It is a testimonial of God’s love and mercy over my life having recovered from a brief ailment but the Lord delivered me. For me, I am being graced to be loved by God.”
