When asked about the song, Onoja Phares pens down; “I received the song ‘Search Me Lord’ in my place of prayer and gist with the holy spirit. I had a personal deal with the heart, which the holy spirit took me through the story of David.”

He continues; “Despite the sins of David he will still run back to god and cry out and say ‘Search Me’. Right there I know that the dealings of god via the instrumentality of the holy spirit in the life of any man are via the holy spirit.”
