Callista Chinyereugo Nwachukwu, née Ihekoronze, is a passionate gospel music minister whose stage name, Chinyereugo, meaning “God has given peace,” perfectly captures her journey and message. She embraces her Igbo name not only for its cultural depth but also because it reflects the peace and restoration she found through her relationship with God.

Her love for music began early in life through singing and dancing, but it was her spiritual growth that ignited a deeper connection to gospel music. Over time, what started as a personal passion evolved into a divine calling—ushering her into ministry through music. Today, Chinyereugo uses her voice to uplift, heal, and point others toward the hope found in Christ.

Her signature phrase, Ejighi Ato Jehovah—inspired by Isaiah 43:4 and translated as “You are priceless in God’s eyes”—expresses the heartbeat of her message: that every soul is deeply loved and valued by God. Through every song, she seeks to remind listeners of this truth.
