Maverick City Music Releases ‘Acercame’

Maverick City Music serves up a brand new song Spanish single accompanied by an amazing visual titled “Acercame,” featuring Johnny Peña and Laila Oliver.

The song “Acercame” was written by Peña, Paz Aguayo, and Luis de Peña during a Maverick City Music Spanish camp.

“Acercame” is the first single off Maverick City Music’s first Spanish album, Como en el Cielo, set to release on March 19th. The group shares about the upcoming release, “The vision and heart of Maverick City have always been to create space where it is yet to be created. Music that transcends language and cultural barriers is the by-product of that. Como en el Cielo, is Maverick City Music’s hearts in action.”

The video recording was captured in Atlanta during a live worship and recording night for Maverick City Music.
