Nigerian emerging gospel artist, Angela Akashili’s popularly known as “Angela” releases her brand new debut single,  titled “Jesus”.

Angela is a multi-talented songwriter, composer, recording and performing artiste.

As a songwriter, Angela believes in writing from the heart and has written quite a number of songs; ‘You are the Lord’, ‘Paid For’, ‘Victorious’, and ‘Jesus’, being the most recent.

Born on 5th May, to a family of four and being the only daughter of Mr and Mrs Aniekwena, she was allowed to develop her gift from a very young age in the church choir of Church of God Mission, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Well known for her crazy, energetic and impactul spirit-filled praise and worship sessions at the Head quarters of Church of God Mission International, Abuja, where she had sang dedicatedly in the choir for over 20 years, she served as the music director for 2 other branches of the church.

Her latest effort ‘Jesus’ is a unique worship song as it refreshes our hearts on God’s reckless burning love for humanity.

Angela is happily married to her loving husband Elvis Akashili with three adorable children; Jayden, Andrea and Dave.
