Chris Symbols hails from South South of Nigeria. His love and passion for music grew over time and he took it up professionally in 2010 when he released an album with his group called “The Dovez”. This album, met with a lot of criticism. But unlike others who would have been discouraged, Chris Symbols saw it as a challenge and decided to do more work.
On the 28th of August, 2015, he broke the long silence when he dropped his first single “Your Presence” and with no doubt, the long silence was worth it.
While churches and worshippers were still celebrating this single, he wowed every one on 11th January, 2016, when he dropped the all-time hit “Idi Ebube” that has kept even the radio and TV stations busy.
This Abuja based music minister, who has been privileged to minister on major platforms within and outside, decided to officially relaunch one of his songs “Mma Mma Gi” that is already a chorus in most churches in 2017 followed by another single, Halleluyah in 2018.
Chris Symbols finds fulfilment in worshiping God. And as he often says “worship is the very essence of my being”.
We are waiting for his new single “Hold My Hands” as we get refreshed with this all-time song of testimony; “Mma Mma Gi.”
When you think about the greatness of God, you can’t help but bless Him with your praise. Our God is all-knowing. He knows our faults, our weaknesses, our sins, and our rebellions, yet He loves us. Our God is all-powerful and amazing. He could snuff out our lives in an instant, yet He continues to bless us with life. Our God is all-present. He is everywhere at all times, He watches us, and is involved in all that we do. Yet, He shows grace and leads us in our lives away from spiritual and physical danger. When we think about the greatness of God compared to our sin, we cannot help but bless His awesome name with this awesome song “Mma Mma Gi”! The song was produced by one of Nigeria’s finest producer “Tobass Adolphus”.
