Today, Motown Gospel is thrilled to announce the release of the “Kingdom Business: Season 2” Soundtrack. This collection features new music from the popular BET+ original series, and it is available now for streaming and download.
The soundtrack is a musical tapestry woven with the talent of Gospel legends and cast members, including Yolanda Adams, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Kurt Carr, Kiandra Richardson, and others. The lead track, “That Way,” featuring Chaundre Broomfield and Serayah, sets the tone for an album filled with soul-stirring melodies and powerful messages. Music for the series is overseen by the accomplished trio of Kirk Franklin, Warryn Campbell, and Marcus Carter.
Following an intense Season 1 finale cliffhanger, “Kingdom Business: Season 2” picks up with Denita Jordan (Yolanda Adams) navigating challenges to protect her kingdom after a tragic event. Rbel’s (Serayah) journey toward redemption faces new obstacles and scandalous revelations. The Jordan family fights for their Gospel record label, their legacy, and their lives. As Denita deals with medical and legal woes, Rbel seeks justice for her slain best friend Dani while grappling with personal demons.
